⚠️ Two different airports. You land at Cairo and you leave from Sharm El Sheikh. Do not book a return into Cairo. The Cairo to Sharm leg on Day 2 is booked by us and is already in your trip cost.
Getting in. EgyptAir flies direct to Cairo, five times a week from Mumbai and four times a week from Delhi, roughly six and a half hours in the air. From any other Indian city you either connect through Mumbai or Delhi, or route through a Gulf hub (Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi), which is often cheaper and only adds a couple of hours.
Getting home. You fly out of Sharm El Sheikh. Almost every routing connects through Cairo first, and the Cairo to Sharm sector alone runs close to thirty flights a week, so there is plenty of choice. Gulf hubs also work well on the way back.
Book a single PNR where you can. If your international and domestic legs are on one ticket, a delay is the airline's problem instead of yours. We share a full recommended flight plan once you block your slot.

Indian passport holders apply for the Egypt e-visa online. It is fully online, there is no appointment and no agent needed.
There is a visa on arrival route for Indians, but it only applies to groups booked through an Egyptian certified agency carrying a letter of guarantee, so we point everyone at the e-visa instead. It is simpler and it removes all doubt at immigration.
