The gist: we are building a premium tote whose surface feels like a personal, chaotic collage of character symbolism and internet culture. We need a human illustrator to create the modular monochrome pieces—not the final bag layout. Before committing to the complete motif library, we may invite selected artists to complete a small paid trial. The goal is to evaluate interpretation, graphic clarity, character recognition, responsiveness to prescriptive references, and how well the artwork could translate to a physical product.
The trial character is Death the Kid from Soul Eater. He is Lord Death’s son and a meister who fights alongside the twin pistols Liz and Patty. He is stylish and composed, but intensely preoccupied with balance and perfect symmetry; both his elegant confidence and his comedic rigidity should remain recognizable.
