Your folder

The structure is already built. You are only ever adding to it.

Inside your folder, make a folder named for the Monday of that week: 2026-09-15, and drop everything in. Nothing to rename, nothing to sort.

Action 5 Pro footage

No cables. It all happens over the app.

1. Open DJI Mimo on your phone, turn the camera on, connect
2. Select the clips and import them
3. Export straight into your week folder in Google Drive
4. Message the group chat

360 footage: one extra step

A raw 360 file is a full sphere rather than a normal video, so the camera angle has to be chosen before anyone can cut with it. That happens in the app, on your phone.

1. Open DJI Mimo, turn the camera on, connect
2. Watch the clip back and drag to point the camera where you want it
3. Export that version into your week folder in Drive
4. Message the group chat

If one clip has two good moments facing different directions, export it twice, once for each. Takes seconds and it gives us two shots instead of one.

This is the only manual step in the whole system and we are working on removing it. Where this ends up: you get home, the footage uploads itself, and a couple of days later the edits are sitting in your portal.
