Label Printer does not require an account. Label projects, imported spreadsheet data, selected contact details, images, and recognized text are designed to remain on your device during normal use. Label Printer does not actively upload this content to our own application servers as part of ordinary label editing or printing.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the current iOS version of Label Printer and its label template, label editing, project storage, contact import, spreadsheet import, photo and camera text recognition, image placement, printing, subscription, and settings features.

This Policy does not cover the independent data practices of Apple, the App Store, StoreKit, RevenueCat, AirPrint, Contacts, Photos, Files, Mail, or other third-party services. Please review the privacy policies and terms of those services when you use them.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Label Content You Provide

When you use Label Printer, the app may process the following content on your device:

• Text that you enter into label cells.
• Images that you choose to add to a label.
• Label layouts, formatting choices, template selections, and saved projects.
• Contact details that you explicitly select from Contacts to populate a label.
• Spreadsheet data from an .xlsx file that you explicitly choose to import.
• Text recognized from a photo or camera capture when you use text recognition.
• Project names, dates, editing state, and other information needed to save and reuse projects.

This content may contain personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, business information, or other information printed on labels. Only enter, import, or print information that you have the right to handle.

2.2 Purchase and Subscription Information

When you purchase, restore, or manage Label Printer Pro access, Apple, the App Store, StoreKit, and RevenueCat may process information needed to provide purchase and subscription services. This may include purchase status, transaction or receipt-related information, app and device technical information, and information required for purchase attribution and subscription synchronization.
