Cinema stage cursor follows SPECTRA → Fold → Density → Murmuration → Horizon → Mnemosyne → Wave → Identity → REVEAL and cannot enter Wave before L ≥ Ω_c. CITY_PULSE/1.0 is a readout seal of MC-OCTET-PACKET-1.0 — it does not replace the hash chain.
