Central index of every template and reference document used across JobFlow. This set of pages forms your "second brain" for your JobFlow.
Part of JobFlow by Zenya Learning.
A second brain is a set of documents that hold what you'd otherwise have to keep re-explaining to an AI — your work history, your voice, what's worked so far. Instead of hoping the AI remembers something you told it weeks ago, you point it at a document and it reads the real thing, every time.
Two things make this worth the extra step instead of just relying on built-in AI memory:
One honest note on tokens: reading a document still costs some, so it's not free. What you're really getting is control — you decide when something gets read, instead of an AI silently deciding what to remember and what to quietly let go of.
You can instruct AI to build the first version of these pages for you, including the Career Vault. Others, like this one, you copy from a template and fill in yourself. Either way, most AI accounts can't silently update a page in the background once it exists, so when something needs to change, ask AI: "Which page does this belong in, and exactly where?" Then paste it in yourself. That one habit is what keeps this whole system from turning into an unsorted pile instead of a second brain.
Shared frameworks for cover letters, outreach, thank-you notes, and interview answers — plus a worksheet for building the personal voice layer that's actually yours.
The StoryBrand check and the Madeline Mann check applied to every executive summary, cover letter opening, and job description bullet. Read this before any resume or cover letter session. Both gates must pass before anything goes out.
Quality Gates - Resume and Cover Letter
Built inside your JobFlow Claude Project chat — see "Build your Career Vault" on the JobFlow page. Claude builds the first version from your resume. You add to it every time a new story or proof point surfaces during an application.
It can start as a copy of your current resume. What makes it grow into something useful is adding the things that are not on your resume — older experience, forgotten wins, and the stories you only remember when someone asks a good question.
