  1. Use this link to setup your base44 account: https://base44.pxf.io/c/7758596/2049275/25619?trafcat=lp
  2. Copy everything from Start of prompt to End of prompt into Base44. This builds a private place to remember who you met, what you discussed and what you need to do next.

Start of prompt

Build a working, mobile-friendly networking tracker called Connection Notes. Help me turn conversations into lasting relationships by keeping contacts, conversation notes and follow-ups in one place. Use Base44 authentication, database and supported AI features. Start with a simple, usable app that saves real data.

Contact details and conversation history

Let me add, edit, search, archive and delete contacts. Require only a name. Offer optional fields for organization, role, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, location, where we met, date met, tags and priority. Use editable relationship labels such as potential client, partner, speaker, mentor and community contact.

Each contact needs a timeline of separate conversations. Store the date, meeting or event, raw notes, a short summary, what matters to the person, any commitments and possible next steps. Preserve the original notes. Let me edit a summary without overwriting them.

Warn me about possible duplicates using matching email addresses or similar names and organizations. Show the matching records. Let me choose whether to update a contact or create a new one; never merge or delete automatically.

Quick capture form

Put an Add contact button and a Capture conversation button within easy reach on my phone. The capture form should accept a short name, optional event and a free-text brain dump. Let me attach the note to an existing contact or create a new one.

Include an Organize my notes button. Extract only details explicitly present in my note into suggested contact fields, a summary and possible follow-up tasks. Leave missing fields empty and flag ambiguous names or dates. Show a review screen before saving suggestions. Do not invent contact details, promises, or deadlines.

Follow-ups and reminders

Allow multiple follow-up tasks per contact, each with a description, due date, priority and status: To do, Done or Snoozed. Show Overdue, Today and Upcoming views. Let me complete or reschedule a task in one tap. A completed task should remain visible in the contact timeline.

Use my editable local time zone for dates. Start with reminders inside the app. Only offer email or push reminders if genuinely supported and configured, with an explicit opt-in. Do not show a reminder as delivered unless it was sent successfully.

AI help with follow-up messages

Add a Draft follow-up button to each contact. Let me select email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp style, my purpose and a warm, concise or formal tone. Use only that contact's saved conversation history and the instructions I provide. Reference a relevant discussion point and suggest a clear next step.

Present the result as an editable draft with a Copy message button. Never send a message automatically. Do not claim I promised something unless my notes say so. Do not invent familiarity, shared experiences, achievements, links or attachments. Let me save the draft to the contact timeline.

Add a search box that can find contacts by name, company, tags, event or note content. If AI search is available, support questions like Who did I discuss a partnership with at the summit? Answer only from my saved records and link to the matching contacts or notes. Say when no matching record exists.
