Scope (agreed 2026-10-17)

• Setting lives on each webhook endpoint: phoneOfflineStartDay, 7 to 13, default 10. Existing endpoints get 10, so delivery is unchanged.
• Off removes session.phone_offline from the endpoint's event list. An all-events endpoint becomes an explicit list (new event types no longer arrive automatically); the Console and CLI warn first.
• The runner checks the phone and sends its liveliness ping from day 7 (PHONE_PING_START_DAYS default 10 to 7). Delivery filters per endpoint.
• Console Logs and Insights include warnings from day 7.
• Surfaces: Platform API, Messaging API, Console, TypeScript SDK, CLI, docs. Admin: read-only via new admin-webhook-phone-offline version 1 (separate from admin-webhook-settings so existing Admin workers keep working). No staff write.
• GA, no feature flag.

Delivery order

1. Backend PR (runner default, migration 0403, API, delivery filter, specs, docs)
2. Admin Console PR (read-only)
3. Console PR (slider + Off)
4. SDK PR (polymorfa/sdks)
5. CLI PR (polymorfa/cli)

Progress 2026-10-17

• All five delivery PRs are open; none are merged or deployed. No review was requested.
  • Backend polymorfa#631 to dev, at 6ee63d5321. Migration renumbered to 0407 after dev 0406. API unit 8,412 passed; PostgreSQL webhook IT 24 passed; Go config/runner tests, spec drift and Mintlify checks passed.
  • Admin polymorfa#632, stacked on #631. Read-only admin-webhook-phone-offline v1. Admin units 685 passed; PG IT passed; Playwright 21 passed.
  • Console polymorfa#633, stacked on #631. Switch plus 7-13 slider. Frontend 3,381 passed; production-build flow verified against a stub API at desktop and mobile, light and dark.
  • SDK sdks#353 to main. Types, PHONE_OFFLINE_START_DAY and a contract supplement pinned to #631's head; 1,536 tests passed.
  • CLI cli#82 to main. --phone-offline-start-day <7-13|off>; npm run verify passed (1,051 tests).
• Scope change during implementation: Admin uses a separate capability instead of bumping admin-webhook-settings to v3, because the Admin worker accepts only exact versions 1 and 2.
• Blocked: docs/sdks pages wait for the first SDK prerelease containing the types. The SDK supplement needs re-pinning to #631's merge commit. The CLI SDK pin needs bumping after publication. Staging acceptance is pending. Agent transcript capture fails (T3 v2 gap). Linear is not authorized.

Merge checkpoint 2026-10-18

• All five PRs merged after green CI and answered reviews. Backend polymorfa#631 merged into dev at 4380e1113f (migration 0419). Admin polymorfa#632 at 99bc77240e and Console polymorfa#633 at 068b45d828, both into dev. SDK sdks#353 at d2c5b3df and CLI cli#82 at c21af71f, both into main.
• Review fixes before merge: regenerated staging compose (day 7); setup.sh migrates an inherited 10 to 7; the runner warns when the start day is above 7; clarified the update description; Messaging single-event note; 44px slider touch target; SDK contract re-pinned to merge commit 4380e1113f.
