Pre-Launch (Day 0)
- [ ] Product finalized and quality-checked
- [ ] Listing copy written and proofread
- [ ] Images uploaded and optimized
- [ ] Pricing validated against unit economics
- [ ] Inventory or digital files ready
Day 1-2: Soft Launch
- Publish 3-5 core SKUs
- Enable all available platform SEO fields
- Share in 2-3 relevant communities (if permitted)
- Set up tracking for views, clicks, and conversions
Day 3: Monitor and Respond
- Check for questions within 2 hours
- Analyze which SKUs get the most views
- Note any technical issues (broken images, pricing errors)
Day 4-5: Rapid Iteration
- Add 3-5 new SKUs based on initial data
- A/B test main images on lowest-performing listings
