A Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Important: These workflows run inside Claude when you open the relevant Project and give the starting command. Claude Projects do not automatically run in the background. For scheduled triggers such as “every Monday” or “whenever an email arrives,” connect Claude through Zapier or Make later.

Claude Projects are available on paid plans and work as dedicated spaces containing their own instructions, files and conversations.

Part 1: Set Up Claude Once

Step 1: Create a Project

On Claude web or desktop:

1. Hover over the left sidebar.
2. Click Projects.
3. Click + New Project.
4. Enter the project name.
5. Add a short description.
6. Click Create Project.

Create a separate Project for each workflow. Do not place all eight automations inside one Project.

Step 2: Add Reference Material

Inside the Project:

1. Find Project knowledge.
2. Click the + button.
