Payments (Tune)

• The partner must send an invoice + bank information (the first time) within 15 days after month-end. The payment is processed after final monthly performance metrics are approved. (In case there is a need for adjustment or reversals pending, the invoice is sent after the account manager approves the numbers.) See process 👇

• Payment terms: Net 15 from invoice sent, but we do our best to process payments as soon as possible.

Notes

• Monthly commissioning upon completion of the previous month (or bi-monthly upn request).
• The partner can access their Tune dashboard to validate their metrics.
• ScholarshipOwl will pay upon the invoice being sent.

When does ScholarshipOwl pay for the leads generated?

After the month is finalized, the affiliate enters their Tune dashboard and selects the time period of the month that has passed (e.g. 10/1 - 10/31). There, they will be able to see the total payout and generate an invoice either on Tune or their own template. It is preferred to send that up until the 15th of the next month for prompt payment. Once approved, the billing team pays within 7-15 business days. The account manager is responsible for any queries regarding the Tune dashboard.

**If the invoice is not sent within 15 days of the previous month’s end, ScholarshipOwl’s team will process the invoice at the earliest convenience upon the partner’s request and invoice generation. You can opt in for automatic invoice reminders.
