Project Overview

This project is an AI-powered content workflow automation built using Make.com, Google Sheets, OpenAI, JSON parsing, and Gmail.

The system watches for new content ideas added to Google Sheets, uses AI to generate a hook, caption, short video script, CTA, and hashtags, updates the same row with the generated content, and sends a Gmail notification for review.

Business Problem

Many businesses and content teams struggle to consistently turn content ideas into ready-to-review posts or scripts.

This automation helps reduce manual content planning work by generating first-draft content assets from a simple content idea, allowing staff to review, approve, revise, or post faster.

Workflow
