A sales organization (GrowthLab / internal AI system) processes inbound B2B leads generated from a website.
The existing sales process relied heavily on manual lead qualification and lacked structured analytics, resulting in lost opportunities, delayed responses, and no visibility into funnel performance.
The goal was to build a unified AI-driven sales ecosystem that automates lead qualification, connects CRM data with conversations, and provides real-time executive insights.

- lead qualification was fully manual and slow
- sales team could not process all incoming requests on time
- ~75% of time was spent on non-target leads
- no standardized BANT scoring system
- conversion rate was only ~5% due to poor lead filtering
