What You'll Do

• Own AI-led content series end to end—from concept and scripting to generation, editing, publishing, and iteration.
• Experiment with formats, hooks, and storytelling to improve retention.
• Use AI tools to produce high-quality content at speed.
• Track performance and continuously refine the series based on audience behaviour.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience creating video content.
• Have independently run a content series for at least 3 months, with retention data to show.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools - Veo, Runway, Kling, or Sora is a must
• Strong understanding of short-form content and platform dynamics.

Who You Are

• Think in series, not one-off videos.
• Fast, curious, and highly iterative.
• Equally comfortable creating and analysing what performs.
