What is it?

Right before Web Summit, we're taking over DOMA for three days in a group of founders and operators rebuilding their companies around AI.

We’ll spend three days discussing changes to teams, products and the economics of the business. Everyone brings something they’ve tried or a decision they’re working through. You’ll hear what happened inside other companies and have time to work through your own questions with the people running them.

Who is in the room?

Founders and CEOs of established companies and startups, operators responsible for putting AI into practice, and investors backing these businesses.

Everyone brings experience to share and questions they haven’t resolved.

What we will discuss

What does AI let you do with the business you’ve already built? We’ll discuss that through participants’ own experience, including failed attempts and decisions still in progress.

  1. Building an AI-native organization. How do you actually rewire a company around AI, and what turned out to be bullshit? Hire, redeploy, or cut? Which teams and management layers change, and who owns a process once agents execute it?

What have you changed in how teams work? Where has AI changed hiring plans, responsibilities or the need for review?

  1. Business models around AI. Sell software, expertise, or a completed outcome? What will customers pay for and who carries the delivery risk?

  2. Moats in the AI age. Which models, data and workflows should you own? Can you outsource the capability to redesign and run the company around AI?

Which customer relationships, expertise or data help you deliver something competitors can’t easily match? When your best people correct an AI’s work, how do you use that feedback to improve the next attempt?

  3. Growth and markets. Which products, customers or markets become economical to pursue? Where should you reinvest the capacity AI frees up?

Which customers have been too expensive to acquire, onboard or support? Which products have you held back because the numbers didn’t work? We’ll look at where AI has changed those economics enough to try again.

  4. Personal cases. Every participant puts their own AI case on the table, and the conversation continues over dinners, in the sauna, on the hiking trip and by the fireplace.
