The program is fully online and self-paced — 3 to 5 hours per week, designed to fit around your studies and your life. But it’s not something you do alone. You’ll move through six weeks as part of a global cohort, with live masterclasses, peer learning, and a community that extends well beyond graduation.

Eligibility Criteria

This program is for limited-income or first-generation university students and graduates around the world. All applicants must meet the following criteria:

• 18-29 years old
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program — this can be an undergraduate OR postgraduate program
• Meet at least ONE of the following:
  • Come from a limited-income background
  • Be first-generation to attend university in their family

What You Leave With

Every graduate receives a free certificate of completion, your record of six weeks of Harvard-quality leadership development. New in 2026, you can also add a verifiable e-credential bundle with unique URLs for $5, including: a digital certificate signed by Aspire’s co-founders and a personalized letter. That $5 also goes directly toward keeping the Aspire Leaders Program free for the next first-generation student who needs it.
