This Confirmation Agreement is jointly acknowledged by the Platform and the User to clarify the rights, obligations, and legal consequences related to account deletion.

1. Account Deletion Application

The user voluntarily and actively applies to delete their account registered on this platform and confirms that the deletion request represents their true intention. The user has fully understood and acknowledged all consequences resulting from account deletion.

The user further confirms that:

• The deletion request is submitted personally by the account owner;
• The account legally belongs to the user;
• The account is free from ownership disputes, theft, unauthorized use, or impersonation.

2. Immediate Consequences After Account Deletion (Fully Acknowledged and Accepted by the User)

• The account will immediately become invalid and cannot be logged into, restored, or retrieved.
• All bound information (including phone number, email address, third-party accounts, and identity verification information) will be automatically unlinked.
• All account data (including personal information, usage records, published content, favorites, follows, chat records, files, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, except where retention is required by applicable laws and regulations.
• All unused virtual assets, points, balances, coupons, membership benefits, unsettled earnings, cards, and other rights or interests under the account will automatically expire without refund, cash redemption, or compensation.
• Any unfinished orders, services, or transactions associated with the account will be automatically terminated, and the user shall bear all related responsibilities.
• Once deletion is completed, the original account can no longer be used. Users who wish to continue using platform services must register a new account.

3. User Commitments and Confirmations

The user confirms that:

• Important data and materials have been backed up before deletion;
• All assets, funds, rights, interests, and pending matters under the account have been fully handled;
• The account has no outstanding fees, violations, disputes, or legal cases, or such matters have already been resolved;
• After deletion, the user will not assert any rights against the platform under the deleted account, including but not limited to requests for refunds, compensation, complaints, arbitration, or litigation;
