TL;DR: Create your account at app.asksayso.com in Google Chrome, download the desktop app, and use the web app as your hub for past conversations, CRM connections, scripts and settings.
Create your account
- Go to app.asksayso.com in Google Chrome. Safari's pop-up blocker can stop sign-up.
- Sign up with a personal email you'll keep. Your login email can't be changed later.
- Complete your profile: name, brokerage and market
- Choose your plan
- Download the desktop app from app.asksayso.com/download. See Download and install Sayso (Mac and Windows).
Joining a team? Accept the invite email from your team admin instead of signing up on your own. If the invite says it expired, sign in directly at app.asksayso.com with the invited email.
What's in the web app
The web app is organized in the left sidebar:
- Dashboard: your usage, hours left before your plan resets, and your coaching tips
- Conversations: every call with its summary, Smart Capture notes, prompts and market data. Rate prompts here. Refresh if today's call isn't showing.
- Settings
- Connections: connect Follow Up Boss or SureSend. See Connect Follow Up Boss or SureSend.
- Product configuration › Playbook: upload and manage your scripts
- Referrals: your referral link and credits
- Subscription: your plan and cancellation, plus a link to the Stripe billing portal for invoices and payment method
- Team admin Dashboard (team admins only): members, hours and team insights. See Sayso FAQ for Team Admins.
- Downloads: the desktop app for Mac and Windows
Web app and desktop app
The web app is where you review and set things up. The desktop app (the Coach) is what runs during your calls. Sign in to both with the same email and everything syncs.
