About project

This case is based on the design of an Admin Panel for Horizon Park, a modern resort management platform created to help the hotel team manage bookings, accommodation, services, and day-to-day operations from one centralized interface.

The Admin Panel provides staff with a structured workspace where they can monitor key information, manage rooms and reservations, update services, and keep the resort's operations organized.

My involvement: Full design cycle — from understanding business and operational requirements to information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, responsive layouts, component design, and prototyping in Figma.

Task

Main task:

Design a clear and functional Admin Panel for Horizon Park that allows hotel staff to efficiently manage the resort's core operations from one centralized platform.

The interface needed to handle a large amount of operational information while keeping navigation simple, reducing cognitive load, and making frequently used actions easy to access.

Requirements:

• Dashboard: Provide an overview of key hotel information and current operational data.
• Bookings: Allow staff to view, manage, and track guest reservations and their current status.
• Rooms: Manage available rooms, accommodation types, room status, and related information.
• Services: Manage the services and amenities offered to guests.
• Guests: Provide access to relevant guest information and booking details.
• Navigation: Create a clear sidebar navigation that allows staff to quickly move between the main sections of the platform.
