Download is available on the Webapp, desktop app, and tablet app.

How to download

1. Select the files you want to download.
2. Open the selection panel by clicking the check-mark icon at the top right.
3. Click Download in the selection panel.
4. Optional: if images are selected, use the advanced image settings (below).
5. Click Download to save the files to a local folder. A new tab opens with a Save as pop-up. If nothing happens, your browser may be blocking the pop-up — adjust its settings.

Advanced image settings

When downloading images from the Webapp, you can resize and convert their formats. These options become active when one or more images are selected.

Resolution conversion — resize by height, width, or both:

• Large: 2048px wide
• Full HD: 1920px wide
• Web: 960px wide
• Big thumbnail: 500×500px
• Small thumbnail: 300×300px

Images are never upscaled beyond the original. When resizing: → PNG keeps its original format → ai, bmp, eps, gif, ico, j2k, jp2, jpeg, jpg, ps, psd, svg, tif, and tiff are downloaded as JPG.

Format conversion — into JPG or PNG, from any of the formats above. If you combine format conversion with resolution conversion, the resize limitations still apply.
