1. Information We Collect

• Location (optional): If you choose to use the "Use My Location" option in the Weather widget, the app reads your device's approximate or precise location to show local weather. This happens only when you tap that button, and the location is sent to the Open-Meteo weather service solely to fetch forecast data. We do not store your location on our servers — we don't operate any servers that store personal data at all.
• Photos: If you use the Photo widget, the photo you pick is copied into the app's private storage on your own device so it can be displayed in the widget. It is never uploaded anywhere or shared with us or any third party.
• Wallpaper colors (optional, Premium feature): If you enable "Dynamic Color", the app reads the dominant colors of your current wallpaper directly on your device to tint widgets. This never leaves your device.
• Purchase information: If you purchase Premium, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details (card numbers, etc.) — only Google does.

2. Advertising

The free version of the app may display ads served by third-party advertising networks (e.g. Google AdMob). These networks may use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and other information to show relevant ads and measure ad performance, in accordance with their own privacy policies. Premium users do not see ads. Where required by law (e.g. for users in the EEA/UK), we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

3. Permissions We Request

• Location: Only used for the optional "Use My Location" weather feature described above.
• Internet: Required to fetch weather data and (in the free version) to display ads.

4. Data Retention & Your Choices

Your widget settings (chosen styles, shapes, colors, saved photos, notes, countdown dates, city name) are stored locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes this data. You can revoke location permission at any time from your device's system settings without losing access to the rest of the app.

5. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
