Agencia Zentella is a marketing and creative agency based in the Dominican Republic, focused on brand communication, storytelling, and digital strategy for diverse clients across industries.

Challenges

Despite having strong creative capabilities, the agency lacked a clearly defined brand voice and a cohesive narrative that reflected its expertise. Their website did not fully communicate their value, services, or strategic approach, making it difficult for potential clients to understand what differentiated them in a competitive market.

Solution

As the Copywriter, I led the process of defining the agency’s brand voice and translating it into a clear, consistent, and strategic narrative across their new website.

I defined:

• The tone and personality of the brand
• The messaging pillars that would guide all communication
• A narrative structure that would transform the website into a journey, not a list

Then, I developed the full website copy, ensuring every section flowed coherently, with intention, and with storytelling, from the homepage to the services and about pages.
