Aivra is a productivity extension that helps users manage tasks, goals, focus sessions, reminders, calendar sync, and optional AI-assisted planning.
Data We Collect Aivra may store productivity data such as tasks, goals, subjects, subtasks, Pomodoro sessions, journal entries, settings, calendar sync metadata, and AI planning preferences.
How Data Is Used This data is used only to provide Aivra’s productivity features, including task organization, reminders, calendar sync, progress tracking, and optional AI-assisted task planning.
Google Account and Calendar If the user chooses to sign in with Google, Aivra uses Google identity only for authentication and Google Calendar integration. Calendar access is used only to create, update, or remove calendar events related to the user’s Aivra tasks.
AI Providers Aivra does not include a shared AI API key. Users may optionally connect Gemini or OpenAI using their own API key. AI keys are stored locally in the browser extension storage and are not sold or shared. When AI features are used, task or planning content may be sent to the selected AI provider only to generate productivity assistance requested by the user.
Data Sharing Aivra does not sell user data. Aivra does not use user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated purposes. Data is shared only with services required to provide user-selected features, such as Google services, Firebase sync, Gemini, or OpenAI.
Data Storage Aivra stores extension data locally in Chrome storage. If cloud sync is enabled, productivity data may also be stored in Firebase to sync across the user’s devices.
User Control Users can delete tasks, goals, settings, and locally saved AI keys from within the extension. Users can also revoke Google access from their Google Account settings.
