In order to begin working together, we would need to execute a signed listing agreement, which includes an agency relationship, a dual agency relationship, a listing agreement, and an exclusion from the MLS (see attached example).

Curious to see what you would walk away with if you decided to sell? We will prepare a Seller's NET sheet outlining all of the encumbrances to sell your home including your 1st Trust Deed (and if you have a 2nd TD). If the number makes sense, then perhaps it's time to sell.
