Aletira is a local-first personal finance app. Your financial records are created, stored, and managed on your device. We do not require an account, do not operate a server that receives your app data, and do not sell or use your data for advertising.
Aletira stores the information you choose to enter in the app, including transactions, accounts, funds, categories, repeat events, installment events, Part-Time jobs, shift templates, work entries, notes, and app settings.
This information is financial and personal to you. It stays in Aletira's local app container unless you choose to export it, share it, back up your device, or allow an Apple system service to handle related data.
Aletira stores app data locally using Apple's on-device data storage. The app does not upload your financial records to an Aletira cloud service.
Your device settings, device backups, iOS, iCloud, Finder, or other Apple services may affect how local app data is backed up or restored. Those services are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple's privacy terms.
Calendar access is optional. If you connect Apple Calendar, Aletira can add, update, and remove Part-Time work shift events so your work schedule stays in sync.
Aletira stores the calendar event identifiers needed to keep those events linked to your work entries. Calendar data remains handled by Apple Calendar and any calendar accounts you use.
When you use Aletira actions through Apple Shortcuts or other iOS system surfaces, the app processes the information needed to complete your requested action on your device.
We do not receive that shortcut data on an Aletira server.
If you use Export Data, Aletira creates files that contain the financial data you selected. Exported CSV, or ZIP files may be readable by anyone who has access to the files.
After you share, save, or upload exported files outside Aletira, those copies are controlled by the apps, people, storage providers, or services you choose.
Aletira does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.
We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not share your personal financial data with advertisers.
