Welcome to Altimeter Pro (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We take the protection of your privacy very seriously.

I. Information Collected

1. Location Information The App uses your device's GPS sensor to obtain your geographic location, including current altitude, latitude and longitude coordinates, and current address (resolved via system geocoding services). Location information is used only while the App is running in the foreground. The route recording function collects location points only after you manually tap "Start Recording"; it does not continuously track your location in the background.
2. Device Sensor Data

• Barometer data: Used to assist in calculating altitude.
• Compass data: Used for the compass function.

1. Camera Permissions The "check-in" photo function requires access to the camera. Photos are saved locally on your device only and are not uploaded to any server.
2. Local Storage The following data is stored solely on your device and is not uploaded to any server:

• Altitude history
• Route data
• Check-in records and photos
• App preferences (units, language, etc.)

Upon uninstalling the App, the local data listed above will be permanently deleted.

II. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a premium subscription service (Altimeter Pro Membership) via the Apple App Store:

• Subscription Price: $9.99/week (pricing in CNY is subject to the App Store page for your region).
• Free Trial: A 3-day free trial period is offered for first-time subscribers.
• Auto-renewal: After the trial period ends, payment will be automatically charged to the iTunes account linked to your Apple ID based on the subscription cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions." After cancellation, you may continue to use premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
