8/2012 Amanda was the sole agent for Real Estate Lifestyles LLC. Her duties included showing rentals, managing transaction coordination, drafting contracts, and helping clients. Initially licensed in 2012, Amanda managed and showed rentals, and processed leads from the downtown Gilbert office building. She renewed her license in March 2024 to oversee her mother's personal properties.
10/2024 Joined a new brokerage, Keller Williams Integrity First which focuses on education in sales and secured her first two sales while working as an administrative assistant for the Swanson Team for Ben Swanson. Whilst working as an assistant, she held open houses, showed property for sale, managed repairs for clients, and managed a communication system that set high, attainable standards with clients and kept all of Ben’s clients in the know on the status of the repairs and viewings of their properties. Learned how to input BPOs in REO Central.
8/2025 Transferred to KW East Valley and served as Director of First Impressions (DOFI), creating a welcoming, professional environment while building strong relationships with every agent in the brokerage, and vendors. Acted as a central point of connection and support, fostering trust, collaboration, and positive daily experiences for agents, clients, and visitors.
11/2025 Working current leads, as an independent solo agent, licensed at KW East Valley. Holding open houses, articulating and maintaining top tier feedback for sellers while generating leads.
1/2026 - Present - Buyers Agent - Joined The Thompson Group, KWRealty Phoenix, working hyper localized areas in the east valley. Holding open houses, maintaining database for team leads, and creating seamless systems within our ops team to make transactions, repairs and client communications work together smoothly. Growing negotiation skills and helping clients in a hands on, fully supportive environment.
