Analog Addict is designed with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
Camera — Used solely to meter light in real time on your device. No image or video data is sent to any server. Optional backup photos you choose to save are written to your Photos library only.
Location (When In Use) — Used to display your current location and fetch local weather data on the meter panel. Coordinates are sent only to Apple WeatherKit and Open-Meteo public weather API to retrieve conditions for your location. Location history you save is stored locally on your device.
Photos Library (Add Only) — Used to save screenshots and optional HEIF/RAW backup photos. The app never reads existing photos.
Shooting notes, saved locations, presets, and app settings are stored only on your device via iOS UserDefaults. Deleting the app removes all data.
Analog Addict offers a one-time Pro upgrade processed by Apple's StoreKit. Purchase status is verified through Apple; the app does not receive your payment information.
