I help organizations figure out what people need to know, who needs to know it, how to communicate it clearly, and what needs to be built to make it useful at scale.

My work spans content strategy, editorial, audience development, product, and operations. I’ve done it across consumer platforms, media brands, cultural institutions, startups, and expert networks, tackling everything from NFTs and digital collecting to travel, household problems, and the everyday questions people need help answering.

I’m particularly useful when the subject is complex, the existing content isn’t working, or there’s no content system yet, and someone needs to make sense of it, build the right approach, and get it moving.

Making NFTs understandable

When Christie’s entered the emerging world of NFTs and digital collecting, the challenge wasn’t simply to cover the subject. It was to help an unfamiliar audience understand how this new category worked and why it mattered.

As Executive Editor, I translated a highly technical and rapidly evolving subject into accessible editorial content that could serve both newcomers and an established art audience.

Turning a legacy brand into a digital-first platform

Fodor’s had decades of authority, expertise, and trusted travel advice—but its digital business needed to become more useful to the way people actually planned and traveled.

As Editor in Chief, I led the editorial and digital transformation of the brand, balancing audience needs, search behavior, product development, service journalism, and the authority of a legacy brand, along with 80 annual guidebooks, Fodors.com, apps, newsletters, social, and video.
