TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS): By going through with the commissioning and purchase of my artwork, you hereby agree to the Terms of Service outlines below.

1. All art I create for you is for non-commercial purposes only. I am not open to creating any kind of art for commercial purposes, so please do not request so.
2. Purchase and non-commercial rights does not allow for the provided artwork to be used in the training of generative AI programs, to be used for or as NFTs, to be used by/within blockchain generators and/or creations, or for resell.
3. Payment Conditions 3.1. For smaller, less detailed pieces, a 100% advance payment must be met via CashApp or Kofi. 3.2. For larger, more detailed pieces, a 50/50 deal can be negotiated. A 50% advance payment must be met via CashApp. Once the piece is completed, you will be shown a watermarked version of the completed piece. An unwatermarked version will be issued upon completion of payment. 3.3. Direct payment via PayPal or any other application will not be accepted at this time.
4. Watermarks & Signatures 4.1. Upon completion of an art piece, you will receive a watermarked version to verify your likeness of the piece and any other conditions or payments that may need to be met. Once this verification and extra conditions are met, an unwatermarked version will be issued. 4.2. All commissioned pieces will contain at least one visible signature and at least one invisible signature, both of which will not be removed under any circumstances and should not be removed by your own doing.
5. Expected delivery time of your art commissions is, at most, 2-4 business weeks. This is subject to change depending on circumstance, work load, how detailed a commission is, and my mental or physical health.
6. When using the artwork for any (non-commercial) purposes, such as posting on social media, sharing with friends, etc, please include credits in some way, shape, or form! Feel free to even @ me if you so desire.
7. Cancellation/Refunds 7.1. You have four days after your custom request is placed to request a full refund, no questions asked. 7.2. After the initial four days, you can request a partial refund up until your commissioned piece is finished. Once your piece is finished and sent to you, refunds cannot be requested under any circumstance. 7.2. a) If you request a refund within 7 days, after the initial four days, you will be given a 50% refund. 7.2. b) If you request a refund after those 7 days, you will be given a 20% refund.
8. As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commission and/or cancel any accepted commissions. In such a case, I will contact you with relevant information regarding a potential refund due to forced major circumstances. Such cases will be treated individually and do not fall under the condition of point 7.
9. Any art of my creation can and may be added within my art portfolio or posted within any of my socials. If you wish for your commissioned piece to be kept private, you will be required to pay an extra 10$ fee.
10. TOS Violations 10.1. Violation of TOS in any way, shape, or form will relinquish any rights you may have had over a purchased unless properly remedied. 10.2. Under the circumstance that a violation of my TOS occurs and your rights to the purchased product is relinquished, no refunds will be available.
11. My TOS is subject to change at anytime. However, any updates in my TOS will not apply to any commissioned pieces purchased before said changes were made.
