What does it mean to be hidden in the secret place with God? In this message, Paul walks through powerful Scriptures that show how God protects, covers, and strengthens His people in hard seasons. The secret place is not about escaping life, but about bringing our problems into God’s presence and finding peace there. When we sit with El Shaddai, the God who keeps His promises, we discover we are never alone in the storm.
Scripture:
“You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.”
— Psalm 32:7
Devotional:
Everyone needs a safe place. When life feels heavy, God does not shame us for needing help. He invites us to come close to Him.
As Pentecostal believers, we believe God is powerful. We believe He heals, delivers, speaks, and moves by His Spirit. But sometimes we forget that God also wants to comfort us. He is not only the God of victory; He is also the God who holds us when we are tired.
Emotional health begins when we stop pretending we are fine and bring our real feelings to God. Fear, anger, sadness, stress, and confusion are not too much for Him. He is your hiding place.
God does not just protect you from trouble. He surrounds you with songs of deliverance. That means He reminds your heart, “This storm will not last forever. I am with you.”

Prayer:
Holy Spirit, help me stop running from my feelings. Teach me to bring my whole heart to You. God, be my hiding place today. Surround me with Your peace and songs of deliverance. Amen.
