This Privacy Policy explains how AuraPlan ("AuraPlan", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the AuraPlan mobile application (the "App"). AuraPlan is designed with a privacy-first, local-first philosophy: your daily schedule belongs to you.

1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to make AuraPlan work. Specifically:
a) Information you provide directly
- Schedule content: tasks, subtasks, durations, icons, colors, and routines you create.
- Energy state: the "High / Medium / Low" energy tag you set for the day.
- AI Copilot input: the text or voice-to-text prompts you send to the Aura Copilot to generate plans.
- Account information (optional): if you choose to sign in for sync, we store an identifier and display name. Anonymous mode is available and does not require an account.
b) Information collected automatically
- Anonymized event names: usage events such as
task_created, timer_started, timer_completed, timer_abandoned, ai_prompt_submitted. Event attributes are limited to non-identifying metadata (for example source = manual / AI / routine). We do not upload the actual content of your tasks.
- Device and diagnostic info: OS version, device model, app version, and crash reports, used only to diagnose issues.
c) Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone content beyond what you actively send to the Copilot, or any biometric data.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data that has not been described in this policy.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the service: display and run your schedule, drive the visual timer, generate AI plans, and (if you opt in) sync your data across your own devices.
- To improve the product: understand which features are used and where they break, based only on anonymized events and crash reports.
- To communicate with you: reply to support requests you initiate.
