Your avatar is how you appear inside the Airevent’s 3D virtual event space. It represents you during the event as you walk around, interact with others, and attend sessions.

Before joining an event, you can customize your avatar to look the way you want. Your avatar carries over across all Airevent events you're invited to — you don't need to set it up again each time.

Avatar Customization

Before joining an event, each attendee needs to customize their avatar to their liking. Here's what you can change:

• Gender – Choose between male or female.
• Skin Tone – Pick a skin tone that fits you from a range of options.
• Face Type – Customize your face shape, eyebrows, eyes, nose, mouth, and jaw.
• Hair Style – Choose your hair length, style, and color.
• Clothes – Pick your outfit. Males can choose from jacket, shirt, tie, pants, belt, and shoes. Females can go with separates or a dress, with options for tops, bottoms, accessories, and more.

You can preview your avatar in 360° before finalizing it.

Get Set Up

If you want to network at the event, it’s a good idea to upload the following items before the event starts

• a profile picture of yourself
• a picture of your business card
• a pdf of a handout that you can share

To get set up, download the Airevent desktop app, then sign in, and the next page will allow you to get set up.

The page after this is where you customize your avatar.
