A multi-location barbershop network receives customer inquiries via email regarding appointments, pricing, locations, working hours, booking changes, and customer complaints.

All customer communication was handled manually by administrators, requiring them to constantly monitor incoming emails and respond to repetitive questions. As the number of inquiries increased, response times became inconsistent and important customer requests could be overlooked.

The goal was to build an AI-powered email support assistant capable of automatically classifying customer requests, answering common questions using a knowledge base, and escalating complex situations to management when necessary.
