Baby Tracker for Dads was previously called Dad Co-Pilot. These Terms add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
1. Acceptance
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. The service
Free, always: logging feeds, diapers and sleep; timers; history; the widget, Lock Screen, Siri and Control Center; data export; wellbeing breaks; and partner sharing.
Baby Tracker Pro (optional subscription): handoff briefing, morning summary, partner alerts and next-up estimates.
The app does not provide medical advice.
3. Baby Tracker Pro subscription
- Plans: $6.99 per month or $39.99 per year (US prices; the app shows the price in your currency before you buy).
- Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Apple decides eligibility.
- Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing or cancelling: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- One subscription covers every caregiver of a baby it is shared with, and works with Apple Family Sharing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. We cannot issue refunds in the app.
4. Partner sharing
- Anyone with your invite link can join the shared baby. You are responsible for who you send it to.
- You can see who joined, and Stop Sharing removes everyone.
5. Health disclaimer
- Estimates and summaries are calculated from the logs you enter, for information only.
- They are not medical advice and do not replace a pediatrician. If you are worried about your baby, contact your doctor; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
