Step-by-step guide for clan admins: everything your clan can run from the SuraGG backoffice at https://backoffice.sura.gg/, and what stays with SURA.
A clan admin manages one clan: every list, form and report is already filtered to it, so you never pick the clan yourself and never see other clans' data.
Signing in. Use the email and temporary password SURA sent you. The first time, you are asked to choose your own password. After signing in you land on Tournaments; there is no dashboard.

The sidebar as a clan admin, on the Tournaments list
| Group | Section | What you do there |
|---|---|---|
| Content | Tournaments | Create, configure and follow your clan's tournaments |
| Content | Quests | Create missions that pay SP to your members |
| Content | Clan Content | Publish posts on your clan home |
| Community | My Clan | Profile, artwork, stats, invite links and push notifications |
| Commerce | Store Products | List products in the SURA marketplace |
| Commerce | Store Orders | Fulfil the orders for those products |
| Commerce | Claims | Answer buyers who report a problem |
| Commerce | Rewards | Create rewards members redeem with SP |
| Commerce | Reward Dispatch | Ship the physical rewards members redeemed |
| Platform | Admin Users | Give your staff access as Clan Operators |
The number next to Store Products counts your products waiting for SURA's review; the one next to Claims counts open claims.
What stays with SURA. Creating clans, ordering the clan ranking, custom quests, quest tags, featured placement, reward suppliers (its sidebar link takes you back to Rewards), content moderation, your marketplace commission and notification limit, and every cancellation or refund of a sale.
Moving around. Ctrl/Cmd + K opens the module search. The account menu (your initial, top right) switches the backoffice language between English, Spanish and Portuguese and signs you out.
Languages in content. Tournaments, Quests, Store Products and Rewards have a language selector (Español, English, Português) for player-facing copy; My Clan has a Translations button. Spanish is the base language: a translation left empty falls back to it.
Every image field accepts a file you click to choose, drop on it, or paste from the clipboard. Once an image is loaded, the field shows Replace and Remove. You can still paste a hosted image URL instead.

The Frame image dialog over a tournament web cover
Fields with a fixed size open Frame image before uploading: drag to move, scroll or use the slider to zoom, or use the arrow keys and + / − (0 resets). The dialog shows the area you picked and the exact export size. Press Use framing; the image is uploaded as WebP at that size, and Reframe lets you adjust it later from the original. If the area you pick is smaller than the export size, the dialog warns that the image will look soft.
| Field | Framed to |
|---|---|
| Tournament web cover · mobile cover · listing thumbnail | 1920 × 640 · 1080 × 1350 · 365 × 290 px |
| Clan crest · web banner · mobile banner | 512 × 512 · 1920 × 640 · 1080 × 1350 px |
| Quest card image | 920 × 420 px |
| Notification image | 1200 × 630 px |
Store product and reward images keep the plain upload, without framing.
You configure and follow tournaments here. A tournament played in the app is run day to day (bracket, rounds, results) from the SuraGG app by the players you appoint as tournament admins. Every tournament you create is linked to your clan, and the list shows only your clan's tournaments.
