A quick audit of what's working, what's holding you back, and how we fix it.
You have something most podcasters spend years trying to build, a genuine on-screen presence. Your confidence, your storytelling, and the detail you bring to each woman's story is immediately noticeable. The show has real soul.
But right now, the content surrounding the podcast isn't doing justice to what's happening inside it.
Here's what I found.

Your clips currently have heavy captions overlaid on screen. The problem YouTube already has a built-in captions feature. Anyone who wants them can turn them on. When captions are burned into the video, they cover your face, clutter the visual, and make the clip feel produced rather than personal. Your expressions and presence are one of your strongest assets. Let them breathe.
The fix: Remove burned-in captions from clips. Let the visuals carry the emotion.

Right now, your titles lead with the person's name instead of the story. Looking at the current titles:
The biggest issue is that the name comes first. If someone doesn't already know Georgia O’Keeffe, Lucille Ball, or Nina Simone, there's very little in the first few words that makes them stop scrolling.
