What's included — Baller Lab Pro unlocks your daily training plan, the full drill library, guided sessions, live callouts, GPS runs, the Film Room, nutrition tracking and the AI coach.
Pricing — Monthly and yearly plans. The exact price for your region is shown in the app before you confirm, and Apple charges your Apple Account on confirmation.
Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
How to cancel — Cancellation is handled by Apple, not inside Baller Lab:
You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Restore a purchase — Changed device, or reinstalled the app? Open Baller Lab, and on the plan screen tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Refunds — Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account — In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, training history, food logs and match records. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your subscription — cancel that separately using the steps above.
