A gentle journaling guide for courage, alignment, and clarity in the face of uncertainty.
~ I’ve spent the last five years obsessing (lovingly) over how humans grow, heal, and become braver versions of themselves. I’m a workshop facilitator, akashic reader, certified energy release practitioner, podcast host and friend. I love creating spaces (and corners of the internet) where people breathe deeply, soften into their truth, and stretch into who they’re becoming. I help humans feel safe enough to become more than how they have always known themselves and their lives to be. ~

I simply encourage you to meet yourself and these questions with honesty, openness, and willingness.
~ I created these prompts with the intention of facilitating a complete journey for you, ensuring that all your bases be covered. I advise that you use these prompt in its respective order to get a holistic understand about the topic.
~ While suggesting this, I greatly invite you to move through the prompts slowly at your own pace — either one at a time consecutively, or one per day.
~ Curate your experience according to your needs. Journaling is meant to be a personal and subjective experience. There is no “right” order, simply trust what feels right for you🫶.
In the case of resistance, fear, avoidance or numbness arises, then…
I welcome you to this magical process of Becoming where messiness, unfinishness and rawness is celebrated with warm hugs and open arms.
As you embark on this inner journey within yourself, I remind you gently that clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder; it comes from listening deeper.
Ps: If at any point it becomes all too overwhelming for you, please feel free to reach out on Instagram and I will schedule a 15 minute free zoom call with you to help you process your experience.
