After quitting university, my blog had consumed my whole life. I would work every day on my blog. Until I couldn’t anymore.

I started to notice how much work running a successful blog actually is.

I’ve worked a lot on my blog for 4 years now, and I’m not where I thought I would be. I’m so far behind. But hey, everything takes more time and more effort than you expect, right?

The past 30 days I’ve made 790 dollars from my blog and 35k people have visited my blog. Honestly, I still can’t believe I made something from nothing and it’s making me money every month! But it’s not like I’m earning a living. That’s still pretty far off. It took me 4 years to get here. How many more years would it take for me to earn a full-time income?

Recently, I wanted to have more time for myself and my experiments. I already shaved my blog work down to 4 days a week, but now I changed it to 3 days. I now work one day on creating a blog post, one day on updating old blog posts, and one day on creating pins for Pinterest. This leaves me with four days to do other things I want to do like my car drawing experiment.
