By accessing or using BestPic, creating an account, or selecting an option indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use BestPic.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BestPic.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use BestPic only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf where required by applicable law.

By using BestPic, you represent and warrant that:

• you meet the applicable eligibility requirements;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or have obtained any legally required parental or guardian permission; and
• your use of BestPic will comply with these Terms and applicable law.

We may restrict access to BestPic based on age, location, legal requirements, safety considerations, or other reasonable factors.

2. The BestPic Service

BestPic provides a community-based service that allows users to submit photos for comparison and receive feedback through voting and related features.

BestPic is intended to help users compare submitted photos. It is not intended to facilitate harassment, bullying, humiliation, sexualization, or ratings of a person's physical attractiveness.

Features, functionality, availability, voting periods, eligibility requirements, limits, and other aspects of the Service may change over time.

We do not guarantee that:

• any particular submission will receive a specific number of votes;
