Bezier Marker is an After Effects CEP extension that automatically places live shape markers on every vertex and bezier handle of your shape layers — no manual work, no expressions to write by hand.

What It Does

Select any shape layer and click Shape Follow Path — the plugin scans every path (including paths nested inside groups with transforms) and generates three sets of expression-linked shape layers:

• Vertex Markers — a shape (circle, square, or diamond) locked to each anchor point
• Handle Markers — a matching shape locked to each in and out tangent handle
• Stem Lines — thin lines connecting each vertex to its handles, just like a classic bezier rig

All markers track live via expressions — animate your path and the markers follow in real time.

Key Features

Full Group Transform Support - markers stay accurate even when paths live inside nested groups with position, rotation, or scale transforms applied. Most tools get this wrong; Bezier Marker corrects for it.

LottieFile Ready - one click on Optimize for Lottie bakes all position expressions and size controls to keyframes, removing expression dependencies for clean Lottie export.

Detach - break individual marker sets (shapes, handles, or stems) free from auto-replace so they persist as independent layers you can customize without being overwritten on the next run.

Selective Remove - remove shape markers, handle markers, or stems independently without touching the rest.

6 Built-in Presets - Cyan, Orchid, Ruby, Gold, Ash, Neon — one click to apply a cohesive color scheme across shapes and handles.
