Overview

Bizotic's training operations relied heavily on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, emails, and manual coordination between Sales and Operations teams.

As the company scaled across multiple institutions, batches, trainers, and subjects, planning trainer allocations became increasingly difficult.

I was brought in to design a centralized resource management platform that would:

• Track trainer allocations
• Manage training schedules
• Maintain trainer databases
• Monitor trainer performance
• Assist operations teams with allocation decisions
• Reduce planning errors and scheduling conflicts

The project later evolved into an intelligent planning system connected to Bizotic's Trainer Feedback Management Platform, enabling data-driven trainer assignments.
