1. Data Collection and Usage We only collect the absolute minimum data required to provide a seamless training experience:

• Account Information: If you sign in via Email, Google, or Apple, we securely store your basic profile identifier to sync your progress across devices.
• Performance Data: Your daily streaks, quiz scores, and progression metrics are stored securely via Firebase to generate your Personal Dashboard insights.

2. Strictly NO Biometric Data Collection The Body Language App is an educational tool. We do not access your device's camera, nor do we record, process, store, or analyze any facial recognition or biometric data. All micro-expression training is based on pre-recorded, built-in stock videos and images provided within the App.

3. Third-Party Services We use trusted, industry-standard third-party services that comply with global data regulations:

• Your device's native App Store provider (for secure authentication and processing in-app purchases).
• Firebase (for secure cloud database hosting).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or marketing agencies.

4. Data Deletion You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can do this by contacting us directly at the email provided below.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Age Restriction (COPPA Compliance) You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 13, their account and data will be immediately deleted.

2. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer The Body Language App is designed strictly for educational and entertainment purposes only. The content, analyses, and training modules provided do not constitute medical, clinical, or psychological advice. It should not be used as a tool for diagnosing mental health conditions, clinical behavioral disorders, or as a substitute for professional psychological evaluation or lie-detection procedures.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Protection All content within the App, including but not limited to the Micro-Expression Simulator videos, Body Language Academy scenarios, Weekly Event Analyses, texts, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer. Users are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, taking screenshots for commercial reproduction, distributing, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the App's library. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Auto-Renewal The App offers "Premium" features via auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly, Annual) and a Lifetime purchase option.

• Payments will be charged to your native App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly in your device's App Store account settings. We (the Developers) do not have the ability to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

5. Refund Policy Because the App delivers immediate access to digital educational content, all purchases are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods of a subscription. Any refund requests must be directed to the platform's native App Store and are subject to their respective store policies.

6. "Lifetime" Subscription Definition A "Lifetime" subscription grants you full access to the App's Premium features for as long as the App is commercially available and actively supported by the Developer on the App Store. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser. The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or transfer ownership to a third party at any time, which may conclude the lifetime service.
