When you sign in to Brain Dump, we may collect information such as your name, email address, profile image, user ID, and authentication provider information.
We store the tasks you create manually or through AI voice processing. This may include task titles, descriptions, categories, priorities, due dates, reminders, completion status, subtasks, and related task metadata.
Brain Dump allows you to record voice notes to create tasks with AI.
Voice recordings are processed only to generate tasks. Brain Dump does not store your original voice recordings after processing. Brain Dump does not provide a transcript screen, and raw transcripts are not stored by Brain Dump.
Your voice input may be sent securely to an AI provider to extract tasks. The AI-generated task results may be saved to your account so you can view, edit, complete, or delete them.
To provide push notifications, reminders, and app messages, we may collect and store device notification tokens, platform type, notification preferences, locale, timezone, device/app information, and app version.
If you subscribe to Pro features, subscription status and entitlement information may be processed through third-party subscription services and app store providers.
