Context

Create an AI assistant that contains comprehensive brand information to generate higher-quality, on-brand content and ideas.

Prerequisites

• Claude account (or ChatGPT/Google Gemini)
• Google Drive account with brand documents folder (linked above)

Setup Steps

1. Review Your Brand Documents

• Navigate to your "brand ambassador docs" folder
• Review existing sample documents containing company information
• Update documents as needed with current information
• Add new documents (FAQs, video transcripts, social media examples, etc.)

2. Create New Project in Claude

• Click the folder icon to access "Projects"
• Hit "New Project"
• Name it "[Your Brand Name] Brand Ambassador"
• Add description (optional)
• Click "Create Project"
