You'll own key brand initiatives, drive campaigns, and work cross-functionally to translate business objectives into meaningful consumer experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead brand campaigns from planning through execution and analysis
- Develop consumer-facing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth
- Partner with creative, content, digital, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Track category, consumer, and competitive trends to identify opportunities
- Manage launch calendars, brand activations, and key marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights
What we're looking for
- 3–9 years of experience in brand management or consumer marketing
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, positioning, and brand strategy
- Experience managing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proven track record of balancing brand-building with commercial outcomes
