You will be responsible for building and managing key relationships with other brands, leading brand activations, and curating events.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the brand partnerships roadmap across creators, brands, communities, events, and cultural collaborations.
- Manage collaborations end-to-end, from outreach and negotiations to planning, execution, reporting, and relationship management.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, founders, agencies, tastemakers, wellness communities, and aligned brands.
- Develop partnership concepts and campaigns that feel organic to both audiences and create meaningful brand moments.
- Manage seeding, gifting, experiential activations, launch partnerships, and community-led initiatives.
- Track partnership performance and generate insights to improve future collaborations.
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of experience across brand partnerships, influencer marketing, collaborations, community marketing, or brand activations.
- Strong understanding of culture, creators, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and emerging consumer brands.
- Proven ability to build and nurture external relationships.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity, commercial thinking, and operational execution.
- Experience managing multiple collaborations and campaigns simultaneously.
