This system is used in TIP courses (TIP101, TIP102, TIP103, DSA TIP) where large enrollment makes manual breakout room assignments impractical. Students fill out a preference form at the start of each session, and an automated script generates room assignments in seconds. Both Adjuncts and TFMs are expected to run this workflow.

Action required before first use: The Google Form, response spreadsheet (with Apps Script), and student-facing assignments sheet must be set up in advance by the DFC Team.
