By the end of this guide, you'll have:

• A personal job board — a beautiful dashboard showing every role you're considering, scored for fit, with positioning notes telling you exactly how to pitch yourself
• An application agent — one prompt that researches contacts, drafts your cold email, tailors your application, and writes your cover letter
• A Notion tracker — a simple table to track every application from "To Apply" to "Offer"

Total setup time: about 60–90 minutes the first time. After that, adding a new job takes 5 minutes and running a full application takes about 45.

📋 Step 0 — Gather Your Assets First

Before you touch Claude, collect these. The more you bring, the better the output.

Must-haves:

• ✅ Your CV (Word .docx or PDF — either works)
• ✅ Your LinkedIn profile URL (e.g. linkedin.com/in/yourname)
• ✅ 10 minutes to answer the setup questions below

Really useful to have:

• 📸 A professional headshot (JPEG or PNG) — required for CVs in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and most of Asia. Not needed for US/UK applications.
• 📝 2–3 job descriptions you've already found and like — gives Claude something concrete to calibrate against
• 🏢 A shortlist of 5–10 companies you'd love to work for
